I purchased a smart thermostat for my system and installed it according to the directions, but my A/C started blowing hot air! I called Dan’s Monday morning and they came out, found the misfiring problem and had us cool by afternoon!

We cut a customers AC line while landscaping. It was about 99 degrees and 330pm. I was very concerned my customer would not have AC for the evening. Dans AC contacted my customer and solved the problem within a couple hours. Thank you for your professionalism and rapid response time.

Second half of August in SC and the A/C died. Dan's Heating and Air was here first thing this morning and it's already fixed. Excellent service!

Nick from Dan’s was very helpful and professional! Came on short notice to give us a 2nd opinion and was very quick and helpful to know exactly what the issue was. Was able to temporarily fix until Monday when the part came in. Such a great place and highly recommend for repairs and maintenance. Very knowledgeable and super friendly!
